Millhollin Miller Law is a small firm dedicated to providing personalized service to each of its clients. Our attorneys have a wide range of experience, including commercial and contract litigation, oil and gas work, real property disputes, general civil litigation, family law, and probate matters. We practice throughout Montana, in both the state and federal court systems. Our goal is to help our clients find practical solutions to their legal problems.

The Firm

Prior to founding Millhollin Miller Law in 2017, Michelle and Adrian spent their entire legal careers as attorneys at the Billings office of Holland & Hart, LLP. Michelle has been in practice since 2000, and is licensed to practice in both the state and federal courts in Montana. Adrian has been in practice since 2010, and is licensed in Montana and North Dakota state and federal courts.

Michelle and Adrian are both native Montanans. Michelle grew up in Forsyth, and graduated with a degree in accounting from MSU-Billings in 1995. She worked at KPMG as a CPA for two years before attending law school at UM. Michelle graduated law school in 2000 and has been successfully practicing law since. Adrian grew up in Fort Benton, and attended UM before later graduating with a degree in sociology from MSU. She attended Hofstra Law School in New York before returning to Montana in 2010, when she began her legal career.
